- Returns of goods will not be accepted unless a similar agreement has been made with the store up to 10 days from the issue of the invoice and only if the condition of the returned goods is in excellent condition (unused, clean and in their original packaging) accompanied by a consignment note.
- In case of return, the transport costs are borne by the buyer – consignor.
- Returns on spare parts will not be accepted.
- The tools to be repaired must be accompanied by a consignment note. Especially for tools which are in warranty, they must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt or invoice for their sale, failing which the guarantee ceases to be valid.
- According to international legislation, guarantee tools, tools with some failure in their manufacture are returned to the company and accordingly, repaired or replaced with new ones, according to the manufacturer’s specifications. In no case is their monetary value returned.
